A. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize Resolution 1381, authorizing the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with Columbia County for Bituminous Surface Treatment services associated with N. Cherry Street and S. 5th Street projects

3. NEW BUSINESS

A. Public Hearing 2020-2025 6-Year Transportation Improvement Plan

i. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Authorize Resolution No. 1382, adopting the 2020-2025 6-Year Transportation Improvement Plan

B. Recommended Action: Authorize Resolution No. 1383, Authorizing the Mayor to Execute a Water Quality Combined Financial Assistance 2019 Agreement with the State of Washington Department of Ecology Totaling $990,000 for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Design Phase

4. ADJOURN

 A. Recommended Action: Motion to adjourn the meeting at __________ p.m.
