A. ACTION: Consider authorizing Resoution No. 1391, authorizing the Mayor to sign a letter of request to Public Works for "Termination for Convenience" of Pre-Construction Loan Contract No. PR1-96103-064
B. ACTION: Consider authorizing Resolutio No. 1392, authorizing the Mayor to sign a Letter of Authorization to submit a grant application to the Department of Commerce to fund a Housing Action Plan
C. ACTION: East Clay Street Improvement Project:
i. Considering adopting Ordinance No. 1953, authorizing Interfund Loan No. 2019-02, to provide additional funding for the East Clay Street Improvement Project totaling $67,061.00.
ii. Consider authorizing Resolution No. 1393, awarding the contract to the lowest, responsive bidder, Humber Ashpalt, INC., for the East Clay Street Improvement Project totaling $129,814.80.
