Facility Condition Assessment

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Dayton, Washington, (the ”City”), is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced professional consultants with backgrounds in aquatics, recreation, architecture, engineering and similar professions to provide services related to a facility condition assessment of the Dayton Swimming Pool, located at 600 S. 1st St., Dayton, WA, 99328.

INTENT: The intent of this this request for proposal is to retain a firm/consultant to develop options in a facility condition assessment that will guide the City and community stakeholders in producing a plan for Dayton Swimming Pool improvements.

SUBMISSION: Qualified and interested parties may submit Proposals to the City of Dayton at 111 S. 1st Street, Dayton, WA, 99328, no later than Thursday, May 31, 2018, 2:00 p.m., PST.

All proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and clearly marked in the lower left-hand corner – “Dayton Swimming Pool Facility Condition Assessment”.

Late proposals will not be considered and shall be returned to respondent unopened.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it., no later than Wednesday, May 23, 2018. Any additional information or addendum to the RFP will be issued by the City no later than Friday, May 25, 2018. The City will forward such information directly to known interested parties through email.

OTHER INFORMATION: The City of Dayton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept any or all proposals deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Dayton.
