Notice of Public Hearings Scheduled

The City of Dayton hereby gives notice that the following hearings have been scheduled:

1. Three Rivers Short Plat & Variance - March 16, 2021 at 10:00 am 
2. Dayton Assisted Living Conditional Use Permit - Match 16, 2021 at 12:00 pm (noon)

Both the variance and the conditional use permit application require public hearing and decision by the Hearing Examiner. The hearings will be held via Zoom.
